All Chipola College students are required to have a student ID in their possession while on campus. A new student ID is made each academic year beginning with the fall semester. A label is placed on the back of the ID card beginning Spring of each year to indicate the current term of enrollment.
To obtain an ID card, a student must pay all fees at the Business office (A- 165), then go to room A-107 to have ID made. The Business office will also place new labels on the student ID card for subsequent term of enrollment for one academic year.
Student ID cards are made during scheduled hours of registration at the beginning of each term. After registration ends, cards are made Monday through Wednesday, 7:30 am until 4:00 pm.
The picture on the ID card is also used for the Chipola College Yearbook. Any student who wishes to exclude his/her picture from the yearbook must complete FERPA documentation in the Admissions and Records Office (A-138).
If a replacement ID card is required any time during the academic year, a $10.00 fee must be paid in the Business Office and receipt taken to A-107 before another ID card will be issued.
