Vitas Healthcare Visits Chipola College

VITAS Healthcare visited Chipola College’s Foundation office on May 11, 2023 as part of their community support tour. General Manager Jennifer Phillips and Business Manager Shannon Wolfrom presented Chipola Foundation Director Julie Fuqua with a check for $15,000 to invest in the continued education of the area’s future healthcare heroes. 

The donation will be used for Nursing Scholarships and Julie Fuqua shared “Last year, we were able to award 7 scholarships from the gift received from Vitas Healthcare and we are excited to award more this year. These scholarships cover tuition and some of the cost of books for the recipients.”
