Spring 2024 Scholarships at Chipola

For the Spring 2024 semester, the Chipola Foundation has applications available for the following scholarships that have a November 15, 2023 application deadline:

The First Generation in College Scholarship - need based scholarship to Florida residents, student must enroll as an undergraduate, degree-seeking student for a minimum of six hours per term at Chipola College, student must meet the eligibility requirements for demonstrated financial need and must come from a family where neither parent has earned a bachelor’s degree.  If the student regularly resides with only one parent who provides the majority support, that one parent must not have completed a bachelor’s degree for the student to be eligible. 

The Florida Blue Nursing and Allied Health Scholarship - is a need-based scholarship to Florida residents, student must enroll in an eligible program: Nursing Assistant, Practical Nurse, Associate Degree Nurse, Baccalaureate Degree Nurse, Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic at Chipola College,  student must meet the eligibility requirements for demonstrated financial need, student must be accepted and enrolled as a full-time or part-time student in a nursing or allied health program of study at Chipola College.  Scholarship funds do not cover prerequisite classes for Nursing or Allied Health programs.

Sydney Holland Memorial Nursing Scholarship - partial tuition and/or books scholarship awarded for the Spring 2024 semester to students enrolled in the Chipola RN program or accepted into the RN program for Spring 2024 semester, must maintain a minimum 2.5 gpa each semester at Chipola College and have a minimum 3.0 gpa from high school and follow standard college requirements.
