GEO Helps Chipola

The GEO Group Foundation recently made a significant contribution to the Chipola College Foundation. Pictured from left, are: Elizabeth Tate, Human Resources Manager, GEO Graceville; Julie Fuqua, Chipola Foundation Director; and Jeff Thomas, GEO Graceville Facility Administrator. The scholarship will cover partial tuition and/or books with first consideration given to criminal justice academic program majors and current GEO Graceville Correctional Facility employees or immediate family members of current employees. Correctional Officer Workforce Development program applicants will be given second consideration in the selection process and applicants must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA each semester at Chipola, and follow standard college requirements.  Applications will be available in March 2021 from the Chipola College Foundation.
