Chipola Press Conference is April 28

Chipola College will hold a press conference Wednesday, April 28, at 10 a.m., to announce a $1.7 million grant to support the welding and building construction programs.

Funds for the grant are part of the Rebuild Florida Workforce Recovery Training Program: Hurricane Michael, administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Florida Department of Education.

The event will be held in the Chipola Welding and Construction Area on Workforce Way just off of College Street.
