July 23, 2024, students from our WELDING CLASS took a tour of All Sports Manufacturing in Bonifay, Florida.  All Sports hires welders- in fact, they are in need of 5 right now!

The good news- we TRAIN welders- some of the very best come out of our program here at Chipola College!

Chipola College was one of the nine designated sites in Florida to receive the Community Development Block Grant for Disaster Recovery across the state after Hurricanes Irma and Michael. The WRTP grant will be in place through August 2025 offering scholarships for Welding, Construction Technology and now, our THREE NEW PROGRAMS, Plumbing, Electricity & HVAC/R.
