Chipola AFC Scholars

The Chipola College Chapter of the Association of Florida Colleges recently awarded five scholarships to children of college employees. Scholarship recipients are pictured with their sponsors, from left: Steve Young and Sarah Young, and Thomas Schaefer II and Thomas Schaefer. Not pictured are: Chelsea Gardner and John Gardner, Lucinda Clark-Hussey and Amanda Clark, and Hayden white and Paige White. Since 1993, AFC has awarded over $175,000 to students through Chipola’s AFC Scholarship Endowment. Members raise funds through concession sales at college sports events.
