Chipola AFC Scholars 2024

The Chipola College Chapter of the Association of Florida Colleges recently awarded four scholarships to children of college employees. Scholarship recipients are pictured with their sponsors, from left: Thomas Schaefer and daughter Brianna Schaefer, Sheila Mercer and granddaughter Savannah Lewis, and Lillie Hamil and son Dakota Hamil. (Not Pictured: Kristie Mosley and daughter Danielle Mosley). Since 1993, AFC has awarded over $175,000 to students through Chipola’s AFC Scholarship Endowment. Members raise funds through concession sales at college sports events.
