- I understand that I may be working with sensitive and confidential information.
-
I
understand that what I learn about college students and college business
must remain at the office and is not to be discussed with anyone. -
I
understand that I cannot access confidential information for any reason
other
than what I have been asked to do by my supervisor. -
I
understand that student conduct applies to my conduct at work as well as
elsewhere on campus, and that the following violations of conduct as stated in
the College Catalog are especially applicable to my employment. Violations include:
falsification of information, theft of property, violation of State, Federal or municipal
law while on Chipola Property, misuse of computer and computer information
resources, academic dishonesty, and general behavioral misconduct. -
I
understand that I am jeopardizing my employment and potentially
subjecting
the College to litigation for violation of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy
Act if I compromise the confidentiality of the office to which I have been assigned. -
