Our Purpose

The Office of Institutional Development and Planning serves as a support for other units at Chipola College.  Its purposes are to (1) foster good planning and decision-making by evaluating the effectiveness of the institution and its operational units and provide information to help improve the college's policies, programs, and services, and (2) coordinate efforts to secure external funds to develop and strengthen the college's ability to fulfill its mission.
