How do I apply? The College Reach-Out Program targets first generation college students who have the desire to attend a post-secondary institution upon graduation from high school. Students must qualify economically and academically. Students must meet a minimum of one criterion, under both guidelines. All guidelines refer to the year immediately prior to the student’s initial year of participation in CROP.
Local CROP project staff and middle and high school personnel identify students for participation in the program based upon specified criteria. Students and parents may also contact the CROP project office or complete a CROP Application2010-2011.pdf.
The College Reach-Out Program (CROP) is a free program.
